Dr. Misch is an absolutely amazing dentist! She is knowledgeable, skilled, and does truly stellar work. She is kind, caring, and always goes above and beyond to make sure her patients feel comfortable and well cared for. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. I highly recommend her—she is truly exceptional!

This is a high quality super professional ultra modern clinic. The care is fantastic and the experience is as good as can be, considering you are not there for a party. Easy parking, on time treatment, clear instructions, polite and accommodating care providers. Excellent!

First visit went great. Very very friendly staff, made me feel totally at ease and explained the game plan for my situation. Going back for the treatment next month and not anxious at all. Great experience, great people. UPDATE 7/9/26: Had 2 surgical procedures done at the same time under sedation. It was so easy and painless. The staff is totally amazing, Suzie was awesome to work with and Dr. Amar Katranji was the best. Put my mind at ease right off the bat. I would recommend this periodontist to anyone, any time. Thank you SO much for making this experience so easy.

I came to Michigan implants and periodontics after a periodontist in Grosse Pointe botched the job and it had to be redone. Google helped with the decision! I was so nervous coming into graft surgery today after 6 months of pain and numbness and a horrific surgical experience with another office. From my consult a few months back, meeting the incredible desk staff, the beautifully clean office, the friendliness of all the staff, consulting with Dr Katrangi, and making a plan - my first impression was more than stellar. Professional, thorough, kind, and built an immediate rapport and trust. I returned today for my gum graft procedure and can't say enough about the experience. I actually burst into tears at the end due to the utter relief that the procedure was so smooth, with incredible communication, no pain, every step discussed, every step documented with pictures, clear discharge instructions. 100% opposite from my experience with another unrelated office. Dr Katrangi initially recommended that another side of my mouth be grafted as well but we deferred during my consult due to my anxiety. I am now 6 hours post op - no anesthesia - just local, and can honestly say that the o
